 This is exactly where my strength lies: With my diverse experience from around 30 years in the areas of project, process, operations and interim management, particularly in the e-commerce and telecommunications environment, I can recognize the need for action and opportunities at a glance, develop the next steps in a solution-oriented manner, actively involve the necessary parties and thus create practical ways to move the company forward in the long term.

What drives me is the desire for new things, the chance to get actively involved, to take people along and to make a difference. As a real go-getter, I like to get to grips with new topics and have built up a wealth of experience in the areas of operations, sales, e-commerce, digitization, project and process management as well as (interim) management and leadership over the past 30 years. With this diversity of skills, I am now looking for new challenges as a freelancer and am open to a wide variety of tasks in which I can proactively help shape things and pass on my knowledge.

  • Establishment of the company Weinvorteil.de with continuous development of online sales and marketing until successful sales
  • Integration of the German online business and an acquired Danish online coffee shop into Dutch structures
  • Development of a new e-commerce business plan and selection of new logistics partners for various countries outside the Benelux
  • Restructuring of the internal sales department of a mobile communications company from decentralized to centralized organization and control

VERSATILE & HIGHLY MOTIVATED!

As a real go-getter and doer, I don't build castles in the air, but always develop pragmatic and realistic solutions. In doing so, I take customers and employees by the hand and accompany them on the journey ahead. In the field of e-commerce, I founded the company Weinvorteil.de and expanded it from a cellar business to a large online mail order company, managed all business processes and continuously improved and expanded the shop systems and ordering processes. This always included the planning and implementation of restructuring for further growth as well as the support of various M&A activities, right up to the sale of the company.


As a project/interim manager, I have also actively supported and implemented various realignments and changes, most recently in the planning and management of a project to roll out a software solution to integrate field service and office activities for the entire construction organization of Deutsche Glasfaser GmbH. What sets me apart is my very good comprehension skills, with which I quickly grasp issues and, based on my broad expertise and experience, develop suitable concepts and solutions. I then like to put these into practice together with my team, actively getting involved myself and, with my authentic and open manner, managing to form strong teams and lead them to success.
